Privacy and preview notice

This local preview stores submitted contact details, route, travel date, passenger count, notes and any attached server-calculated demo estimate on the computer running the website. Contact-form details are not sent to a transport operator or map provider. Loading or using the map sends tile requests, your IP address and a site-origin referrer to OpenStreetMap. Place searches are sent to Photon and route coordinates to OSRM through the preview server. These providers process requests under their own policies. The homepage loads the map automatically with a sample airport route. The Contact page does not load a map. Your currency choice is stored in this browser; its language/region setting suggests a currency without requesting GPS location. Reference exchange rates are fetched by the server from Frankfurter without sending visitor contact details. Tickets, messages, status history and preview-only email content are stored in a local SQLite database. Access keys are checked using a stored hash; receipt emails in the private preview queue may contain the original key. The current browser tab remembers your access key in session storage until you close the ticket or end the session. Ticket data and keys are not placed in URLs or sent to an email provider. The fictional demo ticket is shared within this local preview; do not put personal information into it. There are no analytics or tracking cookies added by FleetGo. Use fictional details during testing and avoid sensitive information. The local operator can delete stored enquiries. Production data handling and a retention/deletion process must be configured before launch.
